JLL, a global leader in real estate and investment management, sought to create a workplace that fostered personal connections for their employees. In response to the shifting dynamics of work following the pandemic, JLL envisioned a more inclusive and modern office environment. AD Projects was entrusted to manage the build-out of their new office at Metropolis at Metrotown—a bustling mixed-use center and hub for many of JLL's existing clients. 

Despite a tight timeline, our team delivered with efficiency, strong communication, and hands-on support. Partnering with the design team Studio Presber, we crafted a calm and modern workspace where JLL employees can feel connected and inspired.
